Today's beautiful weather and success at the J. Crew sample sale definitely makes up for yesterday's 12 hour work day.
Okay, so I've pulled a 12 hour work day plenty of times. Not a big deal. Taylor and I are familiar with all-nighters too. But nothing was like yesterday.
For 12 hours we had six people looking through thousands and thousands of stock photos. We were looking for a hot mom, age 39 and a woman in a business suit. You think those photos would be all over the place, but the "perfect' shot was not. When we finally settled for an image, we got the news we couldn't buy it. Long story short, we got the image and the ads have been shipped of to Spain for approval. I'm crossing my fingers they like it.
So today has been a lot of what we did last week...sitting around, drinking a Coke, and Facebooking.
As a side note, Taylor is disappointed that Kevin Kelly did not add her as a friend on Facebook. Kevin, if you're reading this, Taylor is your number one fan.
She's going to kill me for writing that :) You know I love you Tay Tay.
